You can login with either your username or email address, and your password. If this isn’t working, this is most often because you are typing either your username or password incorrectly. The easiest way to solve this is to do a “Password Reset” by clicking here.
Membership subscriptions, re-billing, refunds, etc
If you’d like to cancel your membership subscription, please visit your Account screen and click the “cancel” link. Your membership will stay active until the end of the term you most recently paid for. If you were re-billed and meant to cancel and don’t want to pay for another term, we’re happy to give a “no questions asked” refund. Simply contact us.
